Game Day #1 – Leamington (7) – Lindsay (1)
The 2024-2025 OJHL season kicked off against the Leamington Flyers. It was an excellent showing by the fans who came out to support the Fish.
The Flyers are a very well oiled machine with a number of OHL veterans on their roster, they look poised to de-thrown the Collingwood Blues for the Western Conference title.
Despite the score the Muskies did show several positives with their young players gaining much needed experience.
Dawson Hettiarachchi recorded his 1st goal of the season. It was a nice shot short side above Tre Altiman’s glove side shoulder & the cross bar. This kind of shooting is what Muskies fans can expect from Dawson’s game this season.
